Advisor
Hon. PradeepjiGurav has been a witness to the development of the education sector in India since independence. He has dedicated over half of his career to working with the Government of Maharashtra in the Education department as an Officer. He also has significant experience as an education administrator and has served as a lecturer at the college level for several years. His extensive experience and knowledge in the field of education have greatly contributed to the development of JBVP’s students.
After retiring from the Maharashtra Education Services, he began his second innings with JBVP as a mentor. He often emphasizes the importance of ensuring that all students benefit from his teaching. He believes that a teaching method can only be considered successful if it leads to the cultivation of 100% of students. He encourages educators to continuously work on improving their teaching approaches until every student shows progress.
PradeepjiGurav strongly believes that students are the focal point of the entire education process and are the future of the country. He advocates for an education system that not only imparts knowledge but also teaches students how to apply that knowledge in their lives. He is a strong advocate of ‘Constructivism’ and Activity Based Learning, which are the foundations of the New Education Policy. His expertise and experience in the field of education serve as a valuable guiding force for JBVP.
